Account Executive (IMC)


The Account Executive is responsible for the relationship with the client and reporting: quality of the agency’s on-going and final work-product; on-going client and internal communication and performance-based culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle assigned accounts & projects under the supervision of a Account Manager
  • Handle day-to-day account servicing & dealing with clients
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding and a passion for his/​her clients’ industry, business, consumer and brands
  • Provide solutions to ongoing internal and external challenges
  • Stay abreast of market and pop-culture trends, and competitor activities

Key Challenges:

  • Commit scope of work and timeline
  • Convince clients with agency’s suggestion
  • Solve problems ad hoc in internal (creative, production) and external (client)


  • 1+ years consumer marketing and/​or relevant agency experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience in brand identity development, persuasion, presentation and sales are preferred
  • Passion in marketing and brand development in Digital platform


  • Working time: 9:00 – 18:30 (Mon-Fri)
  • Monthly income: Fixed salary (negotiated on
  • capacity, experience) + bonus based on performance
