Account Manager

Key Responsibility:

  • Understand client language and manage their expectations by providing sound advice with influencer channel expertise
  • Manage project execution, work closely with creative and influencer management team to deliver Stella’s standard quality.
  • Take responsibility from project briefing to planning and presenting to clients
  • Predict potential issues, manage internal & external conflict. Offer solutions when issues/conflicts occur.
  • Deliver report on time. Strickly follow liquidation process and liquidate on time
  • Coaching & inspiring team members to upgrade skills, knowledge & motivation

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve 80% client satisfaction
  • Achieve 100% Project KPI. 90% of influencer outcomes air on-time
  • Deliver feasible proposal. Firm proposal after 3 rounds
  • Issue & solution checklist. Issue will be solved within 48h
  • 20% turn over rate in team.
  • Deliver know-how tool kit once per year.

Qualification/ Requirement:

  • 3 + experience in account management/ project management/ relevent exeprience.
  • Excellent in communication skills
  • Critical thinking, can-do attitude & solution oriented
  • Ability to work under high pressure and colloborate with different type of people
  • High EQ
  • Knowledge in influencer insights
