Communication Planning Manager
Key Responsibility:
PLANNING – 80%
- Lead the project in planning phase: find-out the bottle-neck of each brief; research on market landscape, consumer insights & media behaviors to propose communication strategy and 3600 channel strategy;
- Work together with Internal team (Creative Team & Account team) to develop the proposal;
- Present the proposal to clients & protect the plans to win the business/plan.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT – 20%
- Recruit & guide planner team members to contribute the utmost to the success of planning section;
- Update new trend & knowledge to coach planner team members.
Key Deliverables:
- Inspiring & insightful creative brief, on-brief communication strategy, suitable channel strategy;
- Qualified communication proposal that meets client's expectation and deliver business objectives, marketing objectives & communication objectives;
- Convincing presentation and agile, valuable contributions for clients in both planning & execution process;
- Strong planner team including social planner & digital media planner
- Excellent project management skill.
Qualification/ Requirement:
- Knowledge in marketing, branding, strategic planning & communication channels;
- Critical thinking;
- Strong data analytical skills and can use data to solve problems;
- In-depth knowledge about conducting consumer survey by qualitative & quantitative research;
- Ability to work within the team & independently;
- Presentation & explanation skills.
