Communication Planning Manager

Key Responsibility:

PLANNING – 80%

  1. Lead the project in planning phase: find-out the bottle-neck of each brief; research on market landscape, consumer insights & media behaviors to propose communication strategy and 3600 channel strategy;
  2. Work together with Internal team (Creative Team & Account team) to develop the proposal;
  3. Present the proposal to clients & protect the plans to win the business/plan.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT – 20%

  1. Recruit & guide planner team members to contribute the utmost to the success of planning section;
  2. Update new trend & knowledge to coach planner team members.

 

Key Deliverables:

  • Inspiring & insightful creative brief, on-brief communication strategy, suitable channel strategy;
  • Qualified communication proposal that meets client's expectation and deliver business objectives, marketing objectives & communication objectives;
  • Convincing presentation and agile, valuable contributions for clients in both planning & execution process;
  • Strong planner team including social planner & digital media planner
  • Excellent project management skill.

 

Qualification/ Requirement:

  1. Knowledge in marketing, branding, strategic planning & communication channels;
  2. Critical thinking;
  3. Strong data analytical skills and can use data to solve problems;
  4. In-depth knowledge about conducting consumer survey by qualitative & quantitative research;
  5. Ability to work within the team & independently;
  6. Presentation & explanation skills.
