Junior Planner

Key Responsibility:

1/ Strategy:

  • Get and clarify the brief from clients and understand it deeply;
  • Get the right and dig down consumer insights;
  • Audience segmenting based on available data;
  • Work within Planning team to give the right digital strategy to deliver marketing objective & business objective;
  • Work within Planning team to give the exact proposition & creative directions to Creative team;
  • Work together with Account and Creative to win the projects;

2/ Research:

  • Collect data and analyze;
  • Conduct in-house research;

3/ Presentation:

  • Create the deck logically;
  • Present to in-house team & client;

4/ Occasional Duties:

  • Internal projects and paperwork of Planning team;
  • Support some other tasks;

5/ Analysis & reporting

  • Take part in designing campaign report & coordinate with Account team to conduct integrated report.
  • Explore new reporting methods;
  • Conduct campaign performance review presentations with clients;
  • Analyze campaign result for campaign learning & recommendation;

6/ Other tasks:

  • Working with supplier in digital production (Mobile app, website, chat-bot, AR…);
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager;

Qualification/ Requirement:

  • At least 01 year working in marketing;
  • Having experience of working with Research agency;
  • Knowledge in marketing, branding, strategic planning;
  • In-depth understanding of all communication channels and how they inter-relate.
  • Logical thinking;
  • Strong analytical skills and can use data to solve problems.
  • Good English usage in 4 skills;
  • Look at both the big picture and details;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of a data analysis tool is a plus.
