PR Executive

Job Purpose:

The PR position is responsible for operation of PR project. To assist the PR manager to successfully manage projects that exceed client’s needs and expectations.

Key Responsibility:

  • Manage assigned tasks under Line manager’s supervision: develop PR proposal & presentation, quotation, contact report, product shooting, content outline, project timeline…
  • Track progress, to ensure that deadlines are met appropriately.
  • Communicate with customer and satisfy customer’s requirement daily.
  • Make daily/weekly/monthly reports to clients on projects’ results and progress.
  • Manage project operation costs.
  • Support Line Manager to build and maintain media relationship.
  • Take and manage other requirements from Line manager.

Key Deliverables:

  • Excellent execution across channels as committed to clients.
  • Effectuate project proactively, monitor project and meet required timeline.
  • Well co-ordinate with clients, third-party vendors, internal resources.
  • Proactively communicate project status to Line manager.
  • Well co-ordinate with journalists in different media outlets to pitch press releases/feature ideas.

Qualification/ Requirement:

  • Previous working experience as Public Relations from  1-2 years
  • College degree preferable in Marketing, Communication or Public relations or similar relevant field
  • Excellent communication, presentation
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Personal qualities: interpersonal skills, energy & enthusiasm, commitment, creativity & innovation, team player, customer focus, Attention to details
