Senior Account Executive
Job Description:
- Project/Account management:
- Support project delivery from briefing, pitching & take responsibility for execution
- Work with internal team (creative team & planning team) to develop the best creative solution & strategic plans together
- Take strong part in the management on timing, P&L and client’s expectation for each campaigns.
- Help to identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies including the development of tools, Process and reports related to job responsibilities.
- Continually explore and test new digital initiatives and tools.
- Developing skills in managing sophisticated digital campaigns/programs across Paid, Earned and Owned Media.
- Solid understanding of digital metrics.
- Account team development:
- Recruit and retain the current account team members.
- Build team’s bonding and capacity.
- Financial management:
- Maintain agreed project budgets via project management system
- Liaise with suppliers to understand billing arrangements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-year experience in the online/digital/brand agency environment
- Experience working on planning and executing 360 projects, including TVC & Traditional advertising, digital/social campaign.
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Understanding of communication campaign development, creative ideas, analytics, conversion optimization.
- Capable of proposal development & presentation
- Excellent client relationship & third party supplier relationship skills
- A passion for ensuring the delivery of quality products and services
