Strategic Planner
Job Responsibility
- In responsible for Strategy & Proposal from getting the Clients brief to Presentation by working with internal team to win over the jobs consistently with marketing strategy.
- Create 360-degree proposals (IMC plan) for clients & pitch and present concepts to clients to win the jobs
- Identify core customer insights and turn insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions via various activities of event
- Understand the Brand journey, Path to purchase and can deploy strategy into different touch points (online & offline) to approach the target audiences
- Creative thinking to integrate creative ideas with strategic planning to build out-of-the box, holistic approach that builds brands, drives traffic, gets results, and has a wow factor…
- Collaborate with the project team including Creative & Account and manage ideation timeline to ensure the most creative and feasible ideas for the campaign to win as one.
- In the ideation timeline, can work directly with clients for the best Strategy & Plan that wins
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years in planning or creating strategy for offline campaign or integrated campaign is appreciated
- Public speaking skill, presenting skill, persuading skill, Proactive, dynamic and professional
- Respect timeline, deadline & internal interaction with colleagues
- Able to create marketing experiences for consumers, event scripts, flows, platforms with latest trends or excitement
- Be confident to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues with rationale
- University degree in field of social, marketing, business, literature, Arts performances.
- Strong business sense and attitude
- Having good understanding about brands, advertising and marketing
- Ability to work independently under high pressure and at high level of time and self-management.
- Good English skills (both verbal and written) is a must
