Strategic Planner
Job Purpose:
A Social Planner plays a very crucial role in developing social media strategy & influencer approach to achieve client’s KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
PLANNING – 80%
- Research on consumer insight (by collect & analyze data or conduct consumer survey)
- Explore new social media trend, new social media tools to consult for client in both planning & execution process
- Develop social media strategy and methodology to select appropriate influencers for each campaign
- Cooperate with creative team in social media execution
EXECUTION – 20%
- Join 1 project with "account" role to develop project management skill (timeline management, working with internal team, manage supplier performance, make quotation & FC, understand nature of each client/their needs)
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Key Deliverables:
- The right consumer insights for creative team to develop content direction.
- Value consult & contribution in both planning & execution
- Social media proposal with clear KPIs.
- Value contribution in social media tactics, content direction for creative team
- Good project management skill
Qualification/ Requirements:
- Logical thinking
- Trend catching
- Presentation & explanation skill
- In-depth knowledge on KOLs in various field
- Ability in select & analyze data & use data to solve problem
- In-depth knowledge about conducting consumer survey by qualitative & quantitative research
- Knowledge on Branding
