Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Creative Strategies: Create innovative ideas, strategies, and execution plans for Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns, ensuring they reflect the brand message and connect with the target audience.
  • Idea Generation: Actively contribute and generate ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with visual creatives to bring campaigns to life, ensuring cohesive and impactful execution.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling and persuasive creative proposals.
  • Presentation: Present concepts and ideas to internal teams and clients, effectively communicating the vision and strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other copywriters, ensuring high-quality output and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Client Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Internal Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal team members to achieve project goals and maintain a seamless workflow.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with strong writing skills.
  • Project Experience: Extensive experience in professional, commercial projects across various industries.
  • Marketing Expertise: Expertise in Above The Line (ATL), Below The Line (BTL), and digital marketing fields.
  • Creative Approach: A persuasive and confident approach to creativity, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative Processes: Familiarity with creative processes and techniques, with a keen understanding of how to apply them effectively.
