THE TASK
BACKGROUND: 2023 is a year of positive Tet celebrations, impacted by ‘long Covid’ effects on elderly parents.
OBJECTIVE: Continue to be the Top-of-mind brand for caregivers within Adult gifting this Tet and get caregivers to purchase Ensure Gold as a gift for their parents.
CHALLENGE: Find KOLs who be Caregivers that match and fully meet all criteria with relatively high standards compared to the current Influencer market, such as having a perfect family relationship from parents to marriage, having a unique personal story.
THE EXECUTION
INSIGHT: With this thought in the hearts of the Caregivers, who have good relationship with their parents , they want to make sure that their parents will not be left behind as they move forward from the pandemic.
BIG IDEA: When the strength of Caregivers' parents is tested during Tet but they refuse to admit it, give them the gift of everyday strength with Ensure Gold and follow the key message "Go On Together With Health" throughout the campaign.
SOLUTION: Campaign is implemented in accordance with the consumer journey from “Awakening” to “Engage” to connect and fabricate maximum impact with the caregivers:
Tactic 1: Create a social conversation around “What gestures that your parents do the most when you want to help in Tet?” to evoke tension & elicit user empathy by branded content posts from Macro Influencers with authentic personal story.
Tactic 2: Spread hero film on Facebook channels to trigger “aha” moments from caregivers, touching upon emotions and empathy. Especially livestream reaction tactic take influencers have opportunity to share more about their authentic stories while still integrating branded content in natural way.
Tactic 3: Encourage caregivers to endure and transpire key go on moments together with parents this Tet & beyond through the meaningful engagement activities on Facebook & TikTok.
