• Cost management to achieve the company margin and profit in the best option.
• Deliver Project & Risk management perfectly.
• Deliver Clients management perfectly.
• Sharing trends, new topics for team & company.
• Conduct training new staff, training professional topics for Account & Strategy is a must.
• Understand and guide the Account Executive / Supervisor about the Brand journey, Path to purchase and can deploy strategy into touch points and offline activities that wins.
• Deliver successfully to company & client 100% outcome event.
• Build & manage the account team.
• Achieve KPI of personal billing & team billing.
• With Business team, create the good strategy to approach more & more clients & business.

Requirement

• 6year plus in Account work, execution and planning for offline campaign, integrated campaign is appreciated.
• Team management skill & mindset.
• Public speaking skill (English & Vietnamese), presenting skill, persuading skill, Proactive, dynamic andprofessional.
• Creative mindset and have sense of 360 degree creative, able to create creativeness and hate traditional way, hate repeated routines.
• Strong business sense and winning attitude.
• Ability to work independently under high pressure and at high level of time and self-management.
