Job Purpose:
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Director to lead and enhance our HR function at Golden Communication. This role is pivotal as a strategic people partner in shaping our people strategy and fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with our new agile management objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong vision for HR, a growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to implement strategic initiatives across Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, and People Engagement & Culture
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Compensation and Benefits:
• Develop and improve total rewards policies that attract and retain talent while aligning with the company’s business goals and legal requirements.
• Optimize compensation budgets with a focus on employee-centric solutions.
• Train and coach Shu and Ha levels on C&B strategies and implementation.
2. Recruitment:
• Build and implement effective recruitment management systems and technologies which aligned with company objectives
• Propose and execute employer branding strategies to meet the company's talent acquisition needs.
• Plan and organize strategic recruitment initiatives that optimize the budget.
• Train and mentor Shu and Ha levels on recruitment skills and best practices.
3. Training & Development:
• Propose and implement strategies to develop team capabilities, enhancing the organization's competitive edge.
• Develop solutions for succession planning and nurture talent pipelines.
• Train and develop Shu and Ha levels in specialized skills and professional growth.
4. People Engagement & Culture:
• Enhance internal and external activities to cultivate a positive cultural environment.
• Develop strategies to build an open, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains talent.
• Build the company’s employer brand to attract talent and partners.
• Foster a happy, highly engaged organization with a strong sense of pride and belonging.
• Train and coach Shu and Ha levels on people engagement and cultural initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Working experience in digital advertising industry is preferrable.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in proposing and deploying C&B, Recruitment, Training & Development, and People Engagement & Culture policies.
• Strong vision for HR and people strategy with a focus on growth, critical thinking, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management.
