POND’S ACNE CLEAR relaunched in Vietnam along with the new innovation of POND’s. We need to improve a keyhook to create a cut through consumer journey.

Challenge

The challenge is to make buzz and win the battle in Acne Market by sustaining the idea on 3 months of execution.

Insight

The top care of our TAs is their appearance: A pretty – acnes clean face. An acne can make 75% of them self-discriminate. An acne can ruin their whole world. Pond’s Acnes Clear dramatize the fear & give the solution for teen. Beside that, teenager tend to follow and trust their idols in skincare.
Solutions

◼️ We come up with key strategy: Influencer Marketing which is a combination of social listening tools and high value content to find KOLs List and earned big buzz on social. KOLs have impact on TAs but the question is how to choose the right one and optimize their influence to make social trend.
◼️ With TAs in 13 – 19, choosing KOLs based on engagements and reputation will not bring good result. We decided to make a Hot School Influencers list who have truly and deeply impact on TAs and optimize it through key Facebook activities to attract the public. The objective is to raise a social campaign, make the statement “3 ngày làm rõ” go viral and emphasize the benefit of product.
