Job Purpose:

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to develop our creative team and drive innovative campaigns that captivate the audience and elevate brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong “magic but logic” mindset, a proven track record of delivering impactful creative solutions across various channels and exceptional leadership skills.

Scope Of Work:

1. Shape and Develop Creative Function: Lead and nurture the creative environment, culture, team capabilities, tools, processes, and work style to align with the strategic goals and brand of Golden Group.

2. Creative Solutions

  • Develop and tailor creative strategies for different platforms, ensuring integrated and impactful campaigns based on the consumer journey, key touchpoints and channels.
  • Deliver communication & creative solutions that help clients achieve their marketing and communication objectives, turn the awareness to real values.

3. Campaign Operation Excellence:

  • Lead the development and execution of creative concepts from ideation to delivery.
  • Ensure that the creative function operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high standards of creative quality.

4. Consultancy & Client Service:

  • Provide strategic creative advice and recommendations to clients, aligning with their objectives and needs.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for creative matters.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches, incorporating client feedback into creative solutions.

5. Build Up Framework, Protocol, and Training:

  • Develop and document creative processes, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Create and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and evaluate team performance for continuous development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring creative teams and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in developing and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
