Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments (specifically copy and account teams) on campaigns, including IMC and influencer marketing strategies.
- Provide creative ideas and take responsibility for the visual aspects of creative products to ensure consistency and aesthetic design for the Brand.
- Design and create impactful products across various communication platforms (digital, billboards, OOH, influencer campaigns, etc.).
- Work closely with the copy team to build ideas in the most visual way.
- Collaborate with team members to create the Art Direction and actively monitor the production process of campaign assets (shooting videos, key visuals, influencer collaborations, and other multimedia products).
- Attend client meetings to effectively present design ideas, especially for IMC and influencer-driven campaigns.
- Receive and process feedback efficiently.
- Manage projects, ensuring time management and delivery within deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in design, IMC strategies and influencer marketing.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related fields.
- 5-6 years of experience in an Art Director role (including design and Art direction) with experience in an agency environment.
- Proven experience working on IMC campaigns and influencer marketing.
- Proficient in design software and tools.
Skills Requirements:
- Deep understanding of customer insights, with expertise in marketing, advertising, and influencer strategies.
- Strong skills in ideation, visualization, and art direction.
- Knowledge of layout, composition, and design principles.
- Familiarity with generative AI is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to clients, especially in the context of IMC and influencer campaigns.
