Job Purpose:

Job Description: Senior 3D Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members, including Copywriters and Account Managers, to develop creative ideas for campaigns.
• Take responsibility for the visual direction and design of all creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand identity and aesthetics.
• Design and develop 3D models, renders, and technical drawings for events and exhibitions, while overseeing production processes.
• Understand materials and production techniques, ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and durability of designs.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for fabrication, ensuring accuracy for production teams.
• Work closely with Copywriters to effectively visualize ideas across various platforms.
• Lead art direction and production of creative assets, including video shooting, key visuals, and multimedia materials.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback efficiently to meet project goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective time management and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated on design and industry trends, applying new techniques and technologies in your work.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a 3D Designer, including hands-on design work, art direction, and agency experience.
• Experience in event, exhibition, or product design is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in 3D design software (SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of rendering software (Lumion, V-ray, Corona, Octane).
• Ability to create technical drawings and prepare files for production.
• Understanding of materials and production techniques, including wood, metal, acrylic, fabric, and other event/exhibition materials.
• Experience in collaborating with production teams to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution.
• Keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
