Role Overview

As a Senior Account Executive (IMC), you will be a key driver in the planning and execution of integrated marketing communication campaigns, ensuring end-to-end excellence across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign Management

  • Lead the execution of 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR, influencer, and activation channels.

  • Translate client briefs into actionable plans with clear deliverables and timelines.

  • Ensure seamless integration and consistency across all touchpoints and communication platforms.

Project Management

  • Develop detailed project timelines and spotplans; manage project flow and milestones.

  • Monitor progress closely, identify potential risks, and proactively propose solutions.

  • Ensure all internal and external parties are aligned and informed.

Client & Internal Communication

  • Serve as a key contact point for both clients and internal teams.

  • Lead internal meetings, prepare recaps, and follow up on assigned tasks.

  • Present proposals and updates clearly and confidently to clients.

Quality Control

  • Oversee the quality of all outputs—from brief to final production.

  • Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-strategy, and meet client expectations.

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Deliver campaign performance reports with insights and learnings.

  • Ensure all reports are submitted on time, with minimal revisions.


Key Deliverables

  • Meet or exceed campaign KPIs

  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and up to standard

  • Secure client approvals within two rounds of revision

  • Align internal teams and ensure all outputs are on brief and on deadline

  • Submit clear, insightful project reports with only one round of edits


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in account management roles, with strong hands-on experience in IMC campaigns at a creative or full-service agency

  • IMC Expertise: Solid understanding of integrated communication channels and how to make them work together effectively

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect client needs to big ideas and practical execution plans

  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Ready to take initiative and solve problems independently

  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English

  • Team Player: Able to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and strategy teams

  • Creative & Visual Sensibility: Appreciation for creative ideas and visual storytelling

  • Emotionally Intelligent: Great with relationship management, both internally and externally

  • Adaptable & Resilient: Thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines with grace
