Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and coordinate social media and influencer marketing strategies in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of a standardized strategic thinking process, including insight mining and competitive analysis.
2. Team and Project Management
- Guide and allocate tasks to team members, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with creative and operational teams to align on strategic approaches.
3. Market Analysis and Trend Observation
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer behaviors in social and influencer marketing.
- Regularly update the team with insights and ensure campaign strategies remain innovative and relevant.
4. Client and Partner Negotiation
- Work closely with clients to align on campaign goals and execution strategies.
- Negotiate with influencers and media partners to secure partnerships that align with campaign objectives.
5. Creative and Practical Solutions
- Propose unique and innovative campaign approaches to meet unmet client needs.
- Design data-driven solutions to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
