About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Manager (Influencer & Advocacy Marketing) to lead and execute influencer marketing & brand advocacy campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with brands, influencers, creators, and brand advocates to build impactful campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Influencer & Advocacy Strategy Development
- Develop, execute, and optimize influencer & advocacy marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify key influencer tiers (nano, micro, macro, KOLs) & brand advocates to drive engagement.
- Lead the creation of brand ambassador programs and word-of-mouth initiatives.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, influencers, and advocacy partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Campaign Execution & Performance Management
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including influencer selection, content planning, and performance tracking.
- Manage campaign budgets, contracts, and negotiations with influencers & brand advocates.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness using KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize based on insights.
4. Industry Trends & Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging trends in influencer marketing, brand advocacy, and social commerce.
- Leverage new tools & platforms (TikTok Creator Marketplace, Meta Collabs, etc.) to enhance influencer collaborations.
- Propose creative & data-driven influencer activations to maximize campaign impact.
REQUIREMENT:
Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Advocacy, Account Management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Experience working with influencers, KOLs, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Excellent client management & relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance & optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing budgets & contracts.
- Creative thinker with a growth & results-driven mindset..
