Job Purpose:
About the job
Key Responsibility:
- Manage and build a creative content team for the company’s social media platforms.
- Develop and implement community-building strategies across multiple channels including social media, forums, and other online platforms.
- Engage with community members, respond to their queries, and foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Create and manage content that resonates with our community and encourages engagement.
- Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on community growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with other teams to align community initiatives with overall company goals.
1. Channel Development (Golden-owned & Partner Channels)
- Develop plans and set unique standards for effective channel growth, generating outstanding revenue (exceeding KPIs based on annual revenue growth targets)
- Resolve crises and restore channels to their original state as quickly as possible according to platform regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve exceptional channel performance
- Build direct relationships with platforms to resolve crises, mitigate risks, and create new business opportunities
- Train and mentor junior team members
2. Content Development
- Develop strategies and content that enhance market competitiveness and achieve outstanding business results (exceeding KPIs based on annual revenue growth targets)
- Establish effective guidelines and professional standards for the entire team and company
- Identify unmet customer needs and propose effective solutions to develop new content suitable for various channels
- Train and mentor junior team members
3. Content Licensing Business Development
- Develop appropriate rate cards and sales policies for channels to achieve high business efficiency
- Create business plans for partner content on the Golden channel system to achieve high business results
- Persuade clients and partners to buy and sell new content to increase revenue
- Draft, review, and adjust contract terms to ensure the company’s interests
- Anticipate risks and prepare contingency plans
Qualification/Requirement
- Work Experience: At least 4 years in multimedia, entertainment or related fields. Proven experience in community building across various channels. Experience in building and managing communities on TikTok is a significant advantage
- Platform Management Experience: Experience managing multi-platform channels and understanding platform policies
- Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and develop relationships with partners
- Revenue Generation Knowledge: Knowledge of revenue generation on social media
- Presentation, Writing, and Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
- Content Creation Skills: Strong skills in editing and creating engaging content
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt and respond to the continuous changes in the industry with a positive mindset
