Job Purpose:
Key Responsibility:
- Develop creative ideas and execution plans for campaigns (IMC, digital, social, influencer), ensuring they reflect the brand message and connect with the target audience
- Generate & contribute ideas in every brainstorming session
- Writing creative proposal
- Present ideas to internal team & client
- Be able to handle and execute campaign throughout all assets together with other teams (art, account, planner)
- Work and supervise for junior levels
Qualification/Requirement:
- At least 3-4 year working experience
- Fluent in English, especially in writing
- Significant experience in professional, commercial projects related to many industries
- Experience in both ATL, BTL, and digital fields
- A persuasive and confident approach to creativity
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at teamwork
- A keen attention to detail and timescales
- Familiarity with creative processes and techniques
