Job Purpose:

Key Responsibility:

1. Account Management

• Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
• Ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Anticipate and effectively resolve risks arising during project execution.
• Apply technology in project management to enhance efficiency and optimize costs.
• Improve work tools, management methods, and project management approaches to increase productivity and efficiency.

2. Client Service

• Maintain and nurture client relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term cooperation.

3. IMC & Digital Expertise

• Ability to create reports, analyze market trends, and propose improvements.
• Develop comprehensive and accurate briefs, ensuring all stakeholders understand and execute correctly.
• Manage the quality and KPIs of each supplier’s output.

Qualification/Requirement:

• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an Account Executive role.
• Other Skills: Presentation, communication, and English writing skills.
• Project Management & Client Service:
  • Experience in industries such as mother & baby products is an advantage.
  • Experience and willingness to directly execute projects.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the continuous changes in the industry.
  • Effective critical thinking skills.
