Job Purpose:

Event Account Manager position is to oversee the successful planning and execution of events while building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Responsibility

  1. Client Services & Project Management:
    Be in charge of client services from planning to execution and follow up.
    • Work with Planning & Creative team to develop new business proposals.
    • Take the role as a Project Leader to manage the whole project and allocate tasks to the project team.
    • Manage quotation, pre-cost, post-cost of projects to achieve the business target.
    • Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers, talents and freelancers.
  2. Team Management:
    • Be responsible for career development of team members.
    • Guide and ensure team members to follow company policy and regulations.
    • Report and align the work flow with Head of Department.
    • Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.

Qualification/Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 year experience as an Account Manager in Event & Activation
  • Customer Service mindset.
  • Good project management skill.
  • Excellent problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill & leadership.
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good appearance, extroverted, sociable, sharp, with strong analytical, adaptability, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently, able to handle high pressure, and willing to travel for work.
  • Knowledge of exhibitions, events, or one of these fields is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills are a plus
