Golden Communication is looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in crafting unique ideas and effective strategies for the company's events, from conceptualization to presentation and client persuasion.

Responsibilities

1. Develop Creative Ideas:

• Brainstorm and develop unique, innovative concepts for events, covering everything from main themes to the smallest details.
• Research market trends and customer behavior to propose relevant and groundbreaking ideas.

2. Plan and Strategize:

• Create detailed plans for communication campaigns related to events, including channels, content, and timelines.
• Collaborate with related departments (design, production, etc.) to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.

3. Prepare and Present:

• Prepare professional and engaging presentations to showcase ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Use fluent English for effective communication and presentations.

4. Analyze and Evaluate:

• Assess the effectiveness of implemented campaigns and derive insights to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

1. Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience, including a minimum of 6 months as a Planner/Creative in an agency (digital or event).
• Experience working on event-related projects is an advantage.

2. Skills:

• Creativity: Ability to generate unique, original ideas tailored to different types of events.
• Logical Thinking: Strong analytical skills for information processing, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Communication: Clear and persuasive presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, closely coordinating with relevant departments.

3. Others:

• Passion for creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
